    Main responsibility:

    -Actively participate in programs and procedures that drive sales

    -Constant negotiation with customers and suppliers

    -Be aware of current promotional items and the correct pricing

    -Create, develop and implement sales strategies

    -Plan, organize and manage all sales activities

    -Identify, analyze and implement new methods and techniques to determine sales growth

    -Analyze the company's sales policies and recommend proper improvements and changes

    -Establish and implement sales objectives and goals

    -Assist, support and coordinate sales personnel in performing daily sales activities

    -Analyze markets in order to identify new sales and business opportunities

    -Handle customer complaints and solve conflicts within the company

    -Handle promotional materials and coordinate advertising

    -Maintain good long term relationship with customers, sales staff and visiting customers office

    -Promote positive relationships with customers

    -Participate at trade fairs and other events

    -Evaluate market demand and try to meet customers' needs and expectations

    -Execute CEO's decisions and orders related to the job

     

    Requirements

    - Bachelor’s degree in Applied Chemistry

    - At least 2 years' experience (Experience in lubricants fields would be a priority)

    -Excellent oral and written communication skills

    -Good knowledge of English language

    -Decent outfit and appearance

    -Interpersonal competences and presentation skills

    -Excellent telephone manners

    -Highly organized and good planner

    -Efficient in time management

    -Able to work under pressure

    -Able to meet deadlines

    -Excellent negotiation skills with customers and able to perform meetings effectively

    -Basic math and accounting competence

    -IT knowledge and computer competences in ICDL and MS office

    -Attention to details and focused and able to use sales files and price lists

    -Hard working and dynamic person

    -Analytic and rational thinking

    -Able to analyze and interpret data

    -Business awareness

    -Polite and problem solver
